It was great. I didn't get any finished pictures because I took it to a party which I was running late for. It only lasted about 15 minutes. Everyone liked it.
Last one was a success, trying another today. Injected brisket this time just to try it. Beef broth with a little rub added. It was my first time injecting and made a little bit of a mess at the beginning but when I got familiar with it things were fine.
