Not sure if it's worth a reactivation, it's kind of boring but goes into the grass fed movement for beef and how some have stayed that way for 200 years.  This is a French film and a lot of subtitles.  It lists the top 10 steaks in the world but not in order.  Maybe youtube it first. 

Has anyone seen this? Watched it last night.  Looks like Spain 10- 15yr old cows tops japan's waygu.  Being on a Paleo/Ketogenic diet for the last 5 years I was aware of the need for marbled and high fat meats and this documentary proves the point.  More fat, more flavor and tenderness.

TC, thanks for the update. I was by Lowes today and they had the stuff everywhere! Garden, lumber, front of store and entrance.  I should pick some up but I'm still working on my 40 bags that I got in 2015.  It's hard to believe it''s been two years since my last post.   I may pick up 10 bags...

Good to know.  Any clue on when the grills and accessories go on sale?  I need two new grates and right now they are $20 ea...

That, and like everything else these days the price stays the same but the quantity decreases in small increments.  A half gallon of ice cream used to be just that and a bag of chips used to be 16 oz. Looking to stock up on briquette or lump for the winter.  Does anyone know when Lowes and HD...

Bear,  Thanks for the reply, I will give them a try today.  I was considering the rotisserie chickens at the store and how they may sit in a heated state for 5 hours plus and they are fine...  

I smoked some baby backs yesterday for 2 hours around 250-280 grill temp and then wrapped in foil for another 2 hours around 280 grill temp.  I had to leave the house and placed the ribs in a cooler with towel for what I had hoped for would be 2 hours.  I did not make it home until 5 hours...
