    Pellet Grills

    I just ordered a Gridiron yesterday.  My decision was made after looking at all the review and the cooking area available.  There are a couple of higher end pellet smokers that just do not have the cooking area that the Gridiron does.  I look forward to the adventure of the grill when it arrives!!!

    Brisket cooking too fast!!! Have it on a WSM 18.5 and used minion method for starting coals. Full water pan and Party Q controller. Brisket, 6.5 lb, went on at 5:15 AM and is at 167 center temp after 2.5 hrs. Shut the Smoker vents and had turned off the Party Q but the WSM temp is still 270. In...
