This evening is a dozen broiled lobster - (smoked prime rib yesterday...so good)
I trapped the lobster in the frozen food aisle at the Sea of Sam's Club.
I prefer the warm water (Caribbean) lobsters as they are bigger than the cold water lobster, for the same price, and they taste/texture...
Pattonville H.S. for me...
Back in the 1970's we used to cruise Lindberg from NW Plaza, north, to Hazelwood and back on Friday and Saturday nights.
White Castle belly bombers and Jack in the Box greasy late night tacos were the cruising meals of choice!
Ran to Gerbes yesterday evening (owned by Kroger) and bought a 4 pound and a 5 pound "rib roast". About half were "rib roast" and about half were "prime" rib. Pretty happy with my $9.99/lbs choices
In central Missouri we don't have any of those stores - but we do have Gerbes - which is owned by Kroger.
Rib Roast - $9.99/lbs - Limit 2
If you buy the entire rib roast (about $120-$150 worth) - limit 3
Howdy from central Missouri and Welcome to SMF

I am a boomer STL native but moved away back in the 1980's so my info is a we-bit dated.

I started with a convection-only (no fan) RONCO back in the mid 1990's. Had to rotate the trays regularly and also wipe out the sweat from the lid at the start of the dehydration to help speed up the process.
BOBCAT Post...
This gorgeous bobcat has visited this trap set twice...but no luck yet.
You can see the turkey-feather fluttering on the branch over the trap set. In the past I have used a DVD instead of a feather, but the deer seem to get too curious and set off the trap as well as pull down...
