I love the detail with the ceramic blanket. I used fire blankets for the same reason and like my results though not as nice of an appearance!

This is my addition to the sum total of knowledge here. Currently refitting my trailer smoker with a rotisserie. 14in by 48 in racks, mounted at 5 positions 72 degrees apart on my 36 in diameter circular flywheel. I have a 4ft wide by 7 ft deep and 6 ft tall rectangular cavity.

I'm actually trying to find a 275 to convert into a Smoker grill combo like the 'Good One". where you can grill/smoke at the same time after you mod it correctly... It's my dreambuild and will be my last one as my wife keeps looking at my three smokers & grills and asking me when will I stop...
