Pellets in the charcoal using a Komado
Has anyone used with succes smoking pellets in with the charcoal if the Kimados? I have a smoke generator which I use but it's one more thing to get going sometimes. If I can just chuck pellets straight in when I am time poor that could work.- ThaKaptone

Cooked a chicken tonight for dinner. Lit the Primo and waited 10 minutes before closing the lid and opening the vents. Upped my game today
Have used it three times now 1st was a boneless lamb shoulder, then a load of bread and last night sausages on direct heat over the coals What amazes me is how you can lock in temps so accurately. To clean or not to clean
Glad to see it a bit of a mixed bag. I guess I should have said what I do, I am more of a heat and scrape clean type of person. I have never cleaned the inside of the lid (probably should). Since getting my new Primo I have done some cleaning on the BabyQ and 6 Burner gasser(no brand name left on it). Got me thinking.
