Wanting to get a masterbuilt 40, I know I want a gen 1 or 2.5, but seems like there's a million different models out there. What's the difference between them all. electric smoker suggestions
Have a coal side burn smoker, and a Kingsford vertical that I converted to electric. It works but doesn't get over 220 and if it's cold or windy won't get over 180.
