New to pellet smoking!
Welcome to the Forum and pellet smoking. I cook chickens all the time on my Traeger but have never had a moldy taste. I usually low temp smoke my chickens (225) for a 1/2 hour or so then crank the temp up to 425 to get the breast temp up to 160. This high temp gets the skin crispy also. I...- submariner
