Biltong' Its Just Not Jerky
I love biltong! How do you dry yours? In a biltong box? In winter we are able to hang in our garages, but summer is too hot. -
Unknown smoker
Internally, inside the top hole, is their a smoothish floor? Is it not a homebuild pizza oven? If so they awesome to cook chi- snowbeast

Big brisket -- cook it whole or cut it in half
I bought a massive briskett once, didn't think my purchase through. I cut the meat off the bone ( leaving some meat on the bones) trimmed the left over to a size I wanted and rolled it with Brie inside. Took the scraps and made burger patties, ribs I smoked at a later stage and the roll I smoked... -
