Ive got some mesquite and hickory chips im gonna use. My MES highest temp is 275 i believe so im gonna throw them on my grill to crisp them up if needed. Im gonna try that recipe on my next batch of wings.

Seasoned them up with jeffs dry rub. Now gonna let them sit for a few hours to soak up all that goodness.
