    Kamado Joe lid frozen shut

OP was Dallas, maybe frozen wasn’t the right word? Maybe greasy gasket stuck together, so some hot water, like from a tea kettle would work.

Any business owners here who work with their spouse?

Is it possible to give her a hat, a shirt, a bbq apron, a beer coozie to design on her own. I actually don’t know what you sell, but maybe she can do one serious design, or design for your customers’ wives? That keeps her out of your designs, and if they don’t sell you prove your point, take a...

    Chicago Cracker-Thin 'Za

I think Chicago thin is still twice as thick as IMO’s in StLouis. I’m way closer to a Mars than an IMO’s. How did you come up with Cap’n Crunch as an ingredient? Sounds like a cool pizza theme. Cap’n Crunch, Doritos, pork rinds - that’d be a cool menu in a restaurant. BTW - deep dish Is two...

Early Christmas gift from the wife.

Just a thought, take the carrots and some of your juice in a blender, then use your hops bag to strain it after you whiz it up.

Early Christmas gift from the wife.

Congratulations, now toss the skins into the juice to make it really tasty. To test My statement make lemonade, one serving with the peel one serving without. It’s the oils from the skins that kick it up a notch. I am curious how a carrot works on that thing.

Most Unconventional Burger Recipe You've Ever Loved

Newt’s in Rochester is a good burger place as well. My favorite was the FattyMelt. Two grilled cheese sandwiches wrapped around the burger smothered with crispy fried onion rings, bacon and Dijon mayo.

Spatchcock turkey? Dry Brine and/or injection? How to avoid too much direct heat on a small pellet grill?

Poultry low and slow is what gets you a dry bird. I spatchcock at 325. Stick of butter under the skin with your favorite rub/seasoning. Rub whatever is left on your hands on the outside of the Turkey and season a little more. Keep an eye on breast and thigh temps, pull when done.

    Gluten Free Thanksgiving Side Dishes

Banza noodles are pretty good. It doesn’t have the funny texture of some other brands. It’s chickpea based. That’s our gf option. When we can make it to the Korean market the rice noodles are good too - but not for Mac n cheese.

    Pork Belly Pinwheels

I like that you butterfly it first, the rolls look so much nicer than when I tried my first pinwheels. I used skewers and the seasoning was gochujang and a garlic chili rub. Tasted great but nowhere near as good looking as yours.

Not smoking related so posting here. First time making pot stickers

Country of origin and filling. Pierogi dough is softer, fillings differ, condiments are different, I’ll take a plate of either and enjoy it thoroughly. Also, I fry pot stickers in sesame oil to brown (crisp) one side and steam it with the lid on at the end. Pierogi I just pan fry in butter to...

    Kitchen Aid Pasta Maker

https://a.co/d/95B3Mtd Amazon link I didn’t like the KA price so I went with these rollers. Less than 1 year of use so far, but I can say they’re good quality.

    Pepper "de-boning" tool

I have a Milwaukee hole saw that is only used to core bell peppers. Not on a drill, just hold it and twist into the top of the pepper. We de-seed, blacken and freeze a few bushels of red bell peppers every year. When needed, thaw, peel, oil, splash of vinegar (optional), lots of raw garlic, a...
