    Sadly I forgot to take a picture of the pork when it was all pulled... I used the weber kanas city bbq rub using apple and hickory wood with lump charcoal. I do have a video of the smoke that shows it all pulled and beautiful.

    Here is one of the Pork Butts. The bone fell right out of butt and the other butt fell apart as I was trying to move it to the foil.

    I need an idea for a smoked snack or hors d'oeuvre for a family Easter party.

    ABTs are perfect for a little snack on the side, they take only a couple hours to make and you can really show your smoking prowess with them.

    yeah the toweling and going back to bed sounds like a plan, I think I might still have the towels already in the cooler from my last brisket smoke. ;)
