A tale of two pork butts...I think that title has been used before (q-view)

It was used by dirtsailor2003; however, his was grammatically incorrect as he used
so IMO, it's fair fodder!?

Those look nice and barky...should've called the Post "The tale of the croupy pork"...Croup = a barky cough (associated with an acute viral infection)...on second thought, your title is better!

Well....maybe just misspelled.  The tale of two butts was also used by Craig (fpnmf) quite a while back...

That looks great, Reb!  Nice bark on that one for sure.  Is that a Hasty-bake your cookin' with?  Hard to tell in those pics, but it kinda looks like one.
 
Sadly I forgot to take a picture of the pork when it was all pulled... I used the weber kanas city bbq rub using apple and hickory wood with lump charcoal. I do have a video of the smoke that shows it all pulled and beautiful.

@seenred it's a smoke hollow 4 in 1, I bought it for the propane and charcoal combo but have really only used the smoker
