    While I can't personally speak to it (yet) I have a couple of coworkers who absolutely swear by theirs. One did the twirlybird for their Thanksgiving bird, and my boss swears by the basket attachment for his wings. The only downside with the basket is much of the rub falls off during the cook.

    I usually use a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio of pickle juice to water. I have found that for best results, you should ensure the peanuts are covered in liquid and the seasonings have all been stirred in. Straight pickle juice (not diluted some) can be a bit strong.

    Check your switches. Namely the ones on the hopper door(s) - these will stop the fan if 'open'. The switches tend to be the culprit more times than not. Another thing - make sure that your controller software is up to date as well.
