    100+ cubic foot smokehouses where are they? Pellet power?

    I am thinking of building me one also, just not as big. Thinking of going 5x5x6 12 inch blocks poured solid, then getting one pellet unit for smoke and using propane for the heat. Wood is not a problem here I am just lazy and don't want to babysit a big smoke! Be intersting to see others ideas...

    Grates

    I moved in Feburary and dropped and broke on of the grates on my New Braunfels Hondo Smoker. What is everyone using when they replace their old grates? Had three down to 2 of going to the extruded wire mesh like they use for trailer floors any ideas or suggestions for a better option

    Back in from the Upstate

    Been off site for about a year Life happens and here lately it has happened a lot! Just moved into a new house and have started smoking up the neighborhood. Hope there are no vegans near me!
