    I am just pulling some pulled pork off the smoker, It is going to be for lunch tomorrow. Should I pull it tonight, if so do I add the sauce now?

    Thanks for the quick response. When I took it out the temp in the theigh of the bird was about 183. (like I said I don't tink my wife knows what low & slow does.) Thanks Steve
