I wrapped it and turned it up. It was fabulous. I just couldn't believe the stall. 9 hours for 2 1/2 lb shoulders? Damn. It was really good though and that bark. -

Ok so I bought the pork shoulders from Costco. You get a 4 pack for like 12.00. They are like 2lbs a piece. I have a camp chef pro dlx cooking at 225. Seriously have had these in the smoker for 9.5 hours and still at 183 degrees. Why are they taking so long? I've been smoking for 5 months and...
