hahaha I can relate to that, I’m pretty cheap too. I was buying my slate coasters from AliExpress. I designed a coaster holder and 3d print those and sell the coasters in 4 packs usually.

I have two fiber lasers, I enjoy messing with them when I get the time. One I use LightBurn and the other I use ezcad3. You will definitely get good with Adobe illustrator. I paid someone to teach me how to use it. I can send you his info if you need to learn more on it.
