I just bought one yesterday. Seasoned part 1 today. Doing another burn to season tomorrow then cooking Tuesday. So far I like it. But will know more later this week.
What is everyone's favorite beer to consume during your cook?. i like a good cheap beer nothing fancy like a Miller High Life or Natty Boh (National Bohemian) and sometimes a good scotch. LOVE me a good scotch while cooking. McAllen 12 or a Lagavulin
yea it is a neat concept but i am still loving the aluminum pans for the 1.50 or whatever they cost. my wife likes this tub since its collapsible and takes up less room in our small kitchen but pssh for that money she can live with the aluminum pans.
Does anyone have one of these or have seen these advertised? looks like a great concept and is something i can definitely use. Cutting board in a collapsible tub that you can use to put rub on your meat and transport to the smoker.

been looking at the Kettle Pizza insert for my performer but i also have a Spirit gasser i can use. picking up a stone this week since the kiddos want homemade pizza. anyone have more success on gas with a stone vs using the kettle pizza insert on the charcoal? if not using a kettle pizza...

tastes amazing, little over 8 hours, if i would change anything its start earlier and let it get to 210 internal. but all and all great meal!!! two bones fell off which was real good
