Started out here years back. When I first started smoking meats. I didn't even have a clue. Went by word of mouth and later realizing they were clueless people to at smoking foods. Then searched the web and found this place. Boy did my game change. People here taught me a ton of do's and don't. Changed my smoking habits. Years later. I'm doing good still. Was taught good habits and some great reading along the way. Good people here. Things have changed but the info hasn't. Ever hear the saying Too many chiefs and not enough Indians? Well. I'll stay a Indian here. I'm not good at teaching and I think there is way better people here that can take care of that. Some things I'll give my input but I know there is more qualified here. Sorry if people don't understand. I'm here for me. Meet some great people along the way. Probably pissed some off. Too old to care. I'll come here and post still every once in a while but life has been crazy and busy. Miss some of the ole timers here. Tons more people here. Lot more knowledge this place has gathered.
