    Might be asking to much here but you just never know. Is there a chart that offers approximate smoking time based on temp.,  and weight,  and possibly the type, or cut of meat being smoked. Not looking for exact times, just approximates.

    Handles for MES 30

    Thanks to all of you for the great response and good advice. I called Masterbuilt and they told me warranty would be voided if I drilled holes and attached handles. They could not tell me why.  Guess I'll wait until warranty runs out then do it.

    Thanks for the help. Appears I have only one problem. I can elevate the smoker and can keep it covered. I cannot however put a roof over its head. It's going to have to be protected with only the cover. If this is a sure fire no no, I hope someone will tell me. Again, thank you.
