1st time smoking ribs

I did the 3-2-1 but I guess I let it dry to much in the 1st 3hrs and on the 2hr part didnt add apple juice or something to help it from drying to much so just ended up with a kinds crispy outer layer :emoji_laughing:

The outer layer got way to hard but the inside was nice and soft Im a have to give it another try with more ribs :emoji_laughing:
