I have smoked a turkey this morning following Jeff's instructions. It's in the cooler wraped in foil and towels now. Should I let it cool before I cut it. Family won't be here for about 4 more hours, will it still be good? Any tips or suggestions?
I've heard and read that 321 is for spare ribs and not baby backs, but my family and neighbors say different. The BEST ribs I've ever had. Pick up the bone and the meat just falls off. Thanks Jeff....
Got 5 racks of baby backs and a whole turkey breast. Gonna try the 3-2-1 method with the ribs...Does anyone know how to attach photos? When i try to upload it says upload failed. any help?
I heard a guy that was on The Big Show with john boy and billy that was smoking meat and sides. He was smoking mac n cheese. Can't find any recipes for smoked mac n cheese. Any help?
Jr. needs to do well at a track that he knows the draft, but I believe it will be Stewart, Harvick, Montoya, Johnson, and a couple others besides Jr. who will be there at the end. I was at Talladega spring race last year setting at the finish line to see the big Carl Edwards flip into the catch...
I put a couple hand fulls of soaked wood chips in the box. Do I have to keep adding more. I'm cooking ribs for 6 hours. How long will a full pan of water last?
