    Found out there will be no better pricing on Camp Chef. They said the current pricing is their holiday pricing. Going with regular GMG DB. If i decide later that I need wifi, i can add it, though at more cost. I'm going to spend the extra 100 now on a cover and a couple other things.

    I'm guessing brickseek.com. The store nearest me has had the 1000 XL for $200. I missed it though. Gonna try to coax a managers at other stores til I get one. Or hopefully my store will get more.

    Well, only the second one i've done, but first one came out dry. First one i did was a full packer. The flat came out dry, but the point was awesome. So I'm thinking I overcooked it. Anyhow, I just went with a flat this time that I had purchased at a local butcher shop. No sauce needed this...
