I have a birthday party that im smoking ribs for pork beef and lamb ribs. i have mastered the porrk ribs but not so much on the beef ribs and have never smoked lamb ribs before. should i smoke them like i would pork? or is there a different way? need some help gents and ladys out there!
So I have a 5lb brisket. I'm debating on how long to cook it. Every time I end up smoking something it never turns out like I want it. Just cause I don't smoke it long enough so fellas. How long to smoke it?
D something small and work up to the big items. Don't want to get discourages if you smoke a pork shoulder or ribs and it didn't turn out the way you want it. I stated out with chicken qtrs. Then worked my way up
I'm smoking a pork shoulder for superbowl and I'm just curious what would chips you would use? I'm thinking apple just because apple wood chips are my favorite to use just curious what you all use
I am doing turkey legs for my brothers birthday. I was thinking about doing a brine but is it supposed to be super salty? im in the middle of it right now and I didnt follow a recipe like i was supposed to help!!
It took me 4 hours to cook it. And it wasn't tender enough for pulled pork. I pulled it out at 150 and it was juicy. Wish I could have kept it in another hour. It was really good!
So I'm still waiting for Christmas to get my thermometer for my meats, but I'm smoking a pork sirloin roast for pulled pork sandwiches. How long will that take? Any suggestions? Like I said I don't have my thermometer yet so I can't tell by temp thanks guys!
