Had a pack of moose burger left so I decided to whip up a meatloaf. I mixed the moose with equal parts of beef burger then did a bacon weave on top. Turned out amazing!

Brewed up a nice 20 gallon batch of our Montarctica Stout today. Its a double coffee, chocolate, oatmeal breakfast stout. Getting prepped for the upcoming winter, lol.

Bacon turned out great! Pops never fails, great flavor. The Cabelas slicer worked great too. I did have to bend the frozen slab in a U shape to be able to slice with out cutting but the slicer went through the bacon like butter. Very pleased.
