Where to buy MEATY beef ribs in So Cal?
A couple of the better meat shops are Hottinger's Family Meats and Tip Top Meats. You can google either. I don't know if they specifically carry beef ribs. Other than that Sailor's and Padron's suggestions!- frizzlefry

Oklahoma Joe Longhorn size questions
I had problems keeping the temp up after a few hours in my OK Joe. I finally figured out that ash was building up under the fire grate blocking air flow. I need to get some kind of metal shovel to clean it out or build a fire basket or raise the grate.- frizzlefry
