Just ordered a new Lone Star Grillz Pellet Smoker
First off congrats on a fine purchase and second, welcome to the forum. No experience with the unit you got, I just know its a good one. I personally run a Yoder YS640s. In my opinion my top 3 pellets in order are Smoke Ring, Jealous Devil, LumberJack. Dave- Flatrate

Last week picked up a Butterball 16-17 pounder for .95 cents per pound. For those who have a Meijer around their Meijer brand turkey is going for .39 cents per pound. -
