Just rubbed the chicken breast with my rub and wrapped with 4 slices of bacon and smoked around 230 to 250 for about 4 hours. Didnt have time to brine but still turned out moist and delicous

Just got done with my first Brisket and Corned Beef. Came out great started smoker at 2 am this morning and threw the beef on at 3 am. Smoked all day until about 6:00pm and it just got to 160* so I foiled it and cook it the rest of the way in the oven at 250* until it got to 185*. Was worried...
