    Yep. Its been a few weeks since ive smoked something and twice as long since ive q-viewed so were knockin them dead tomorrow morning with a first time brisket, chuck and Bbacks.  Any last minute advice? Brisket im gonna take to 195. Chuck is going to 165 and the ribs im gonna try the 3-2-1...

    Two pork butts. First one marinated in apple beer and the other in "route" beer for a day . The apple beer on got rubbed with raspberry chipotle and the other with butt rub.  spritzing with apple beer and red stag bourbon.
