Two pork butts. First one marinated in apple beer and the other in "route" beer for a day . The apple beer on got rubbed with raspberry chipotle and the other with butt rub. spritzing with apple beer and red stag bourbon.
My dad just got back from a fishing trip in canada in the nootka sound and brought back this fellet off a 35lb. spring. My granmpa also got a 72lb. halibut.
