I have a Smoke Vault that I just started using. The temperature is not that accurate and I am looking for a  wireless thermometer. Any suggestions?  Thanks

Usually if they are pre cooked hams, You can smoke for about 90 minutes!

Just got my new smoker! Ran it to season first. I used cherry wood and mesquite as well. Smelled amazing!

SmokinAl, Here's my issue, A lot of these smokers have very little smoke trays that don't hold very much. Where I live they don't carry this grill to where I can go see it. Can you put a pic of the smoker tray in here or perhaps how big it is? How many hours can you smoke with chunks without...
