yeah the chicken turned out with some great flavor. I don't usually do thighs, but wanted to do something cheap first on new cooker to learn its performance. -

Chicken thighs. 2 different rubs same sauce. also some bacon wrapped chicken strips. half with a chili powder and brown sugar, other half some bbq rub. oh and my over cook London broil that my neighbor brought over. was tasty, but well over cooked. never done one before and hadn't planned on beef. -

yes. I ordered with left hand firebox. man this baby cooks. cooks a little fast. was a breeze to hold and maintain 250. everything minus the London broil came out fantastic. two different rubs tried on the thighs as well as the bacon wrapped tenders. never done London broil before. neighbor...- datfrodo
