Any of you nice folks have a solid recipie for Hunky hot Hazi kolbasZ? There is an old one here in a ancient thread from Richtee. Wondering is there are any newer that use TQ.
After a lengthy pause I'm back. Got 15 lbs of butt and gonna make hunky hazi kolbasz. Anyone around can answer if I need to use TQ or can I just do salt and smoke?
I skipped out for a few years and want to make Hazi Hungarian Kolbasz over xmas week. I got my butt in the freezer, my TQ, my smoker wood, and two pounds of the best kolasca paprika. Is the Mad Hunky still around? I need a new recipe!
