New Year's Day brisket
Looks good! On a sidenote - what's your recipe for collards? I've eaten them twice at a restaurant and loved them! I would love to try and make them myself, but afraid that I'd mess it up and nobody would eat them with me. LOL! -

Ok everyone, I'm sorta new to SMF and have been smoking meat for about 18 months now. I have a MasterBuilt upright gas smoker, and last night I put 2 butts on to smoke for my son's graduation party next weekend. Turkey failure
Flareside92 spent some time in the hospital and missed the family rebellion. I ended up smoking the pork butts for him, so they didn't go to waste. I'm really going to miss him... -
