    Hi everyone. I have the burner from northern tool like a few others here are using. My question is, will it be big enough for a 48x3x6foot smokehouse. House will be 5/8 ply with no insulation. Will make smaller if i have to. Also would like to get to 250 degrees. Thanks for your input

    I was just curious if any of you have took a "plug" out of the center of a loin and stuffed it that way? If so how did you revove the "plug"? I think it would work great but haven't come up with a way to do it

    Ok guys i got a 1957 international harvestor fridge and in the smoker process. i am worried about heat on the gas line. Do i make a "false" floor and run the line under that or hard pipe it. Need a solution before i blow something up. Thanks for any input

    Ok guys i found my tank, it is an anhydrous tank 4 feet by 7 feet. The question i have is why does the firebox have to be close to 1/3 the size.     Might be a dumb question but if you have a lower grate and an upper grate, with two doors, the slide rails in the middle would be attached to the front and back of chamber.
