Base was almost 3 feet across. Definitely apple based on the apples banging on the shed and all the deer that keep showing up wondering where dessert went! It was so tall we couldn't pick the apples.

So it was taste test time. On my OCB Pecos I set up three racks of spare ribs. Smoked all 3 for 3 hours at 275. At 3 hours I left one alone, wrapped one in foil and wrapped one with Sweet Baby Rays. All got spritzed with apple cider vinegar.
