    Congratulations on winning the Lang 48, I was following Lang’s instagram posts about the contest, looked like a good time. I finally pulled the trigger on my Lang last spring and love it. Fire it up and give it a try, if it’s not for you, you’ll have no problem selling it.

    Thanks, yes the allspice berries worked well you could smell them. Next time I will make two or more bags for longer smoke.

    First attempt at Jerk Chicken. I substituted Cherry wood and a foil bag of allspice berries for pimento wood, and used Walkers Wood and some fresh ingredients mixed in. Had it with rice and plantains.

    I like Wildwood I used to fish there I used to like to fish at Wildwood, it has a lot of nice boulders in casting range from the beach. It’s too crowded now and a longer drive from where I live now.
