Trying to decide on which pellet grill

I actually didnt realize masterbuilt made vertical pellet smokers. Any thoughts on them? They seem more like a smoker and something that would retain heat very well

Trying to decide on which pellet grill

Nice. This 5 year warranty really changes my thinking...may be favoring pitboss instead of camp chef and GMG now..

Trying to decide on which pellet grill

I did actually look at them last night - just didn't pull the trigger. I'll probably get one of the 12" tubes to try out. As far as the pitboss. That one is appealing - I just wonder about the longevity because they seem more budget oriented and I've never heard anyone talk about how they...

Trying to decide on which pellet grill

Hey All - Having some trouble deciding which pellet grill to invest in. I currently had a masterbuilt full electric vertical smoker as my first and only smoker. Doesnt really produce smoke really. Feels like more of an oven. I do have a Weber spirit 3 burner propane grill (for context). I...

    Bone in Pork Butt 8.15lbs

    need help with a butt!

Thanks a lot. Thats very helpful. The gauge I have isnt stock, I installed it on top, but after consideration I may change the location to in the body between the two racks and just plug the original hole.

Thanks for the responses. So do you think itll actually work if all I can get the smoker to is 200 degrees? (Keeping in kind that is a thermometer at the very top of the lid)

    need help with a butt!

Hey all, Still a big rookie here. ..only done two smokes thus far. I want to try a butt to get some pulled pork but dont even know where to start. I have a brinkman gourmet electric which seems to cook around 200-15 max. For the ribs I followed the 3-2-1 method which was real easy. What is an...
