Last year I broke the mold and went brisket for thanksgiving, I used my new braunfel smoker and did the marithon. It was the best one yet so I'm doing again this year but instead of old faithful I'm going with one of electric smokers I'm not up the marithon this year . So it's on since 6 pm...

i've always just put mine straight on the rack ,but have thought of trying the hang or rib rack method. either way the 3-2-1 method seems to work the best it's low and slow

Nice i like that, looking for a new smoker to add to the arsinal was looking at those kamodo style units. I'm a big fan of the wood and charcoal but also have a couple electric's  .

I have a NB came across it by chance in 2003, thick ass steel exactly what I was looking for ,new in the box $165.00. still in use did some tri tip on it Sunday Yum. Would love to get a larger version of same.

Thanks for the info,I also thought 26 was a better choice than the 22. And I've also thought about getting a propane smoker in the future.
