I've got a Famili OT008 oven thermometer with meat probe and a Maveric meat probe. Smoking on a pit boss k22 kamado. Kamado thermometer reads 210 degrees the Famili oven temp reads 251 degrees. Famili meat temp currently shows 159 degrees and the Maverik 154 degrees in the same pork butt. should...
