Keto Sweet Heat Rub Recipe
1/2 cup Golden Lakanto (Swerve brown also works, but Lakanto flows better)
1/4 cup smoked paprika
3 Tbs salt
3 Tbs pepper
3 Tbs onion powder
3 Tbs garlic powder
1 Tbs cumin
1 Tbs cayenne
1/2 - 1 Tbs cinnamon (to taste)
Combine in a medium bowl and blend well. Store in an airtight container. This rub works great on chicken or pork.
