I saw this thread today about making jerky with corned beef and said "I just have to do this" so i picked up 2 corned beef flats today. I trimmed all the fat off and they are resting in cold clean water right now desalinating.
Since Todd has been having these sales lately I just can't resist so I now have 10 flavors of pellets which makes it very hard to decide which flavor to use.
So I am coming to all of you here, What flavor should I use for this corned beef jerky?
