Hey Friends! Took the Brisket off the smoke this morning and it looks and smells great. It's currently resting but I'm wondering if I should slice prior to our party tonight or bring the full brisket and slice on site. Obviously slicing on site would hold the flavor and juice but pre slicing would make travel easier and presentation easier. Thoughts?

Slicing on site is preferred, but if it's not convenient, slice, shingle in a pan and add some Beef Broth or other Liquid to keep it moist during the re-heat...JJ

Welcome to the forum !
You spent hours smoking that big, beautiful hunk of meat. Wrap it in Saran wrap ,then foil, and a towel. Take a big cutting board, and a very sharp slicer, and make an impression when you cut and serve that bad boy. =)
