Figured it had been a while so got some pork tenderloin out. Trimmed up a bit, and went with Jeff's recipe of maple syrup and his rub. Mixed up a little sauce and grape jelly to coat. Also had an extra zucchini after making a couple pans of zuc bars, so sliced and seasoned up and fried. Think it was ok...
