I'm ready to use my masterbuilt here after Christmas! What's a good idea to smoke for my very first time? I'm thinking about something easy

Many people recomend chicken cause it's cheap and easy except the crispy skin. Pork loin or butt are also fairly easy.

My first smoke is today. I'm smoking pork loin on my masterbuilt smokehouse. I also made a rub which smells Devine! The wood chips I decided to go with for this smoke is cherry hope it works out
