I've been gone for a few years, life does that now and then, but I am looking forward to reconnecting with some old friends and making new ones.

I've been smoking meat and such since I was a kid on the farm. I hated it back then, but I'm back to loving it again as an olde pharte.

I make a LOT of sausage and sausage products throughout the year, and now that we are back in the country, I can once again begin to incorporate venison and feral hog meat back into the creations! We also raise our own beef.

I'm a lifelong learner! If I'm asking you questions, it's usually because I really want to understand what you have going on. NONE of us know everything.

I also share ALL of my recipes and will answer questions as best I can.

Welcome back ya olde pharte. Looking forward to seeing your creations.

Welcome back. Looking forward to more of your posts

Welcome back! Look forward to your posts... back in the country can't be beat!
