Ribeye tossed into a 129/2 bath and the 30 second sear each side while the pellet pooper took care of the new potatoes...

I don't use it that much, yet. But it is good!
I've used it for my Salmon. And I use it most days for my old dogs chicken.

Rib Eye was my most favorite steak.

Lights out buddy! Turn it up a notch by smoking them ribeyes for an hour (low) and then putting in the sv, and finally searing! Never had a better ribeye.

Looks like we have a reprieve from the rain for almost a week ahead.
I'm gonna be spending some time outside. ;)
