Marinated 24-hours with Kosher salt, granulated garlic, grandulated onion, fresh ground pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin, Mexican oregano, smoked paprika, fresh squeezed lime juice and EVOO.

Beautiful Saturday morning - perfect for a sirloin bavette sear - but first, the fire and a coffee
