Hey everyone!

Got a n electric smoker for bday and have never smoked before. Was excited when I found this website. So much great information and input .

Smoked chicken last night using the chicken nacho recipe and it was super easy and tasted amazing!!! Can't wait to learn from everyone and make some amazing food while doing it.
